200 years of hotel tradition at La Ferme Saint Siméon*****
The Art of entertaining since 1825
For two centuries, La Ferme Saint Siméon has been the epitome of luxury hotels and excellence, offering guests a unique experience combining authenticity, heritage and the art of living. Situated in Honfleur, facing the Seine estuary, this charming farmhouse inn has stood the test of time while retaining its soul, that of an emblematic meeting place for the greatest Impressionist artists.
Under the guidance of the Boelen family, who have run the establishment for three generations, La Ferme Saint Siméon celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2025.
Member Relais & Châteaux since 1964 and the only five-star establishment with 2 Michelin stars in Normandy, La Ferme Saint Siméon continues to embody French refinement and savoir-faire.
La Ferme Saint Siméon opened its doors as a farm inn, quickly attracting painters and writers in search of inspiration.
Claude Monet, Eugène Boudin, Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot, Johan Barthold Jongkind and other Impressionist artists stayed at the farmhouse inn under the guidance of the famous Mère Toutain, creating timeless masterpieces.
La Ferme Saint Siméon celebrates 200 years of hotel excellence and the passing on of unique know-how.
