La Ferme Saint Siméon opened its doors as a farm inn, quickly attracting painters and writers in search of inspiration.

Claude Monet, Eugène Boudin, Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot, Johan Barthold Jongkind and other Impressionist artists stayed at the farmhouse inn under the guidance of the famous Mère Toutain, creating timeless masterpieces.

Spring artist residency with Julien des Monstiers
In keeping with its artistic history, La Ferme Saint Siméon***** is hosting a two-week residency for artist Julien des Monstiers, with the aim of recreating the life of an artist of the period. This unique event will be an opportunity to discover his creative process and the works inspired by the atmosphere and heritage of the site.


Launch of a painting school
In tribute to the illustrious artists who made the farmhouse famous, a painting school will be set up. Watercolour classes and painting sessions will be offered throughout the year to introduce amateurs and enthusiasts to painting techniques. An immersive experience at the heart of Honfleur's artistic heritage.
A second artist residency to prepare for Winter
In November 2025, a new artist residency will add to this year of celebration. The name of the residency is still a secret, but it promises to be an artistic surprise worthy of the prestige of La Ferme Saint Siméon.


Exhibition in the gardens
The exhibition currently on display in our gardens remains open to the public and traces the Impressionist history of La Ferme Saint Siméon. Through a selection of works and biographies of painters, it allows our visitors to walk in the footsteps of these artists and immerse themselves in their world.
Cocktail flip Toutain
In honour of the famous Mère Toutain, our bar will be offering an exclusive cocktail inspired by 19th century recipes. A way of celebrating the history of the place through an original taste experience.


Mother Toutain's menu
To celebrate our 200th anniversary, La Boucane restaurant is offering a special menu paying tribute to the cuisine of Mère Toutain. Inspired by Norman traditions, this menu revisits with refinement the emblematic dishes that have made the reputation of this historic restaurant. A taste experience where tradition and creativity meet for a culinary journey back to the time of the Impressionists.
Cycle of conferences
Throughout the year, conferences will be organised on the history of La Ferme Saint Siméon, the Impressionists and the evolution of luxury hotels. Historians and other specialists will be on hand to enrich these cultural exchanges.


Opening of our vegetable spa
As part of its commitment to innovation and well-being, La Ferme Saint Siméon will be inaugurating its new vegetable garden spa. Nestled in the hotel's lush, permaculture vegetable garden, the spa will offer natural treatments inspired by the benefits of plants and ancestral traditions, in partnership with the Maison Caulières brand.
